Offering fun, interactive cooking classes in a modern custom design air conditioned cooking facility on Denarau Island.
Our half day cooking classes will be held from Monday to Saturday for experienced cooks, beginners & children 8-16 years during school holidays.
Menus are based on traditional favourites showcasing seasonal seafood, root crops, local fruits & vegetables, an exotic array of local style curries, homemade chutneys, fresh tropical juices & local sweets.
Using fresh seasonal produce to create island favourites, our cooks will share their traditional cooking techniques, secrets, helpful hints and entertinaing stories, enabling you to recerate our delicious dishes at home.
Classes are held in a modern custom designed kitchen on Denarau Island & are limited to 10-12 participants per class ensuring personal attention & guidance.
All classes are inclusive of lunch, refreshments & take home recipes.
